Hendersons Legal has provided advice in the domestic & commercial building areas over many years.  We can offer a range of services including reviewing contracts; advice about contract provisions including variations, extensions of time and payment obligations; debt recovery; and advice and representation in building disputes.  We have an excellent track record in negotiating good, commercial outcomes for our clients and, in the case of builders, their customers.  We are experienced in handling matters at VCAT and other courts including issuing applications, preparation of documentation and appearances.  We are able to provide full assistance in the negotiation and resolution of building disputes and also have excellent experience in acting for and advising builders in relation to warranty issues.
